Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) - 1 1/2 pound rib eye steak
1/2 Cup(s) pale ale
1/2 Cup(s) soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(s) ketchup
1 Pinch(s) salt
Directions:
Mix the liquid ingredients and marinate the beef for 24 hours.
Grill to your taste (I did about 4 minutes per side for rare).
