Mushroom and wilted spinach

5 lb fresh spinach
15 tbsp butter
2 + 1/2 lb mushrooms
5 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper

Add spinach to boiling water and cook 1 minute. Drain well. squeeze water out of spinach. chop coarsely. melt butter in skillet, add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until mushrooms are browned. Add extra butter and spinach. Cook, stirring, about 30 seconds. sprinkle with garlicand stir.
