turkey meatballs

1 lb ground turkey
1/4 c carrots, cut in small pieces
1/2 of a medium sized onion, cut in pieces
1 egg
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place carrots and onion in a food processor to chop into small pieces. In a large bowl, add chopped carrots and onions to turkey. Crack in an egg and mix together. Once incorporated, add worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.

With a small ice cream scoop (or large cookie scoop), scoop out meatballs and place in glass baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, depending on your oven.
