pasta cubana

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 c salsa
1 can (16 oz) black beans ,drained
1 1/2 tsp cumin
2 medium size zucchini, trimmed and sliced in 1/4" half moons
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 lb pasta

Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook over medium-high heat until lightly browned. Stir in salsa, beans and cumin. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Add zucchini and garlic and simmer 5 minutes. While sauce is simmering, cook pasta. Drain and toss with sauce. Serve immediately.
