4 1/2 c cake flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c whole milk
1 c butter, softened
2 1/4 c sugar
7 egg whites
1 20mL bottle ube extract
Preheat oven to 350. Sift flour, powder and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Alternate flour mix and milk into creamed mixture. Combine well. Add ube extract. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold into batter. Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes.
